1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only in India. However, for any international orders please get in touch with us at hansisdesign@gmail.com

2. Shipping time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 7-10 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly. Our primary carriers include Trackon, Blue Dart, Maruti, DTDC etc.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hansisdesign@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Exchange will be only processed if there is a video taken while opening the package. 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order placement. H S Designs is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

10. Shipping Charges

Orders Under Rs 1999: A flat charge of Rs 80 will be added
Order above Rs 1999: Shipping free.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

We strive to ensure the highest quality in every product with perfect packaging. Therefore, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective from our end. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

For a smooth return process please record a video while unboxing your product. This video will help our team to assess the situation better. This will also help us improvise and prevent any damage or defects in the future.

Refunds
